Personal – We’re a small group of specialists with expertise in everything sleep and wake related. We consult and work closely together. Readily available providers, easy access, with quick replies. We work closely and communicate regularly with your existing medical / care team (as requested). Our small size keeps it personal, and highly effective.

Experienced – We’ve made amazing breakthroughs for people who have been stuck, sometimes for years. For more complex cases, we offer KAP – ketamine assisted psychotherapy. Our expertise has won mention in numerous prestigious publications and media channels.

Psychopharmacology – We offer cutting edge, effective and minimalist medical treatment. We move the needle through precise work and analysis, with a focus on symptoms over labels.

Therapy / Coaching – We get to the point. Your time is valuable and limited. We provide career and life coaching as well as goal directed, problem-focused interpersonal therapy. It’s not always about meds, and we holistically appreciate that.
